Whip is a young humanoid sheep with sky blue eyes and short hair colored in a light blue and pink ombré. She wears a blue-trimmed purple dress with matching boots, a white fluffy collar, blue mitts, and bloomers. She has two orange horns and a small tail matching her hair.

| こんにちは、SOUND VOLTEXデザイナーのもとこです。
思えば入社して初めてのお仕事はポップンでした。 せんごくでMZDの背景ムービーを担当させてもらいました。 あれから時は過ぎ… 新キャラのアニメ制作の機会を頂けるとは… ひそかに「やった！」ってガッツポーズですよ。 非常に可愛くて元気いっぱいの楽曲だったので ちみっこいキャラクターが動き回っているイメージが浮かびました。 もくもく作って…走り回って…転んで…ちびっこは元気が一番です。 どじっ子なんだろうけど気にしないんだろうな～トカ もくもく星で平和にのんびり暮らしてるのかな～トカ お友達は誰かな～トカトカ色々妄想を広げて楽しかったです。 初めてのアニメ制作ということもあり ええ、もう、それは、本当に、え、ちょ、まじでこれおわんの！？ってなかんじでしたが画面の中のwhipに元気付けられました。 皆様にも可愛がって頂ければ幸いです。 もとこ
