Root@Chodooken is a character first appearing in pop'n music 20 fantasia. She's the leader of a club at her school called the Super Electronic Donut Research (超電子ドーナツ研) Club, focused on studying the world with the use of donuts.

Appearance

Root wears a uniform consisting of a white collared shirt, blue tie, and a gray skirt and vest worn with black tights and green slippers. She wears a white lab coat with rolled up sleeves over it. She has black hair and eyes. Her eyes are slightly obscured by her opaque glasses, and her hair is kept up in two short pigtails .

While she keeps her coat and slippers in pop'n music ラピストリア, she now wears a new blue and gray uniform with a yellow tie, similar to the other Lapistoria uniforms.

学園テーマといえば部活動も外せませんよね！ 最近部活の中でもメジャー感を増してきたと噂の超ドー研から、るー先輩をお招きしました～ 今回は学園制服（春秋服）にドーナツ香る白衣をまとって登場していただきました。ラピストリアの女子制服のアイデア出しの時にはルートちゃんにモデルをお願いしてデザインをまとめたので、この制服が一番映えるキャラクターなのではないかと思っています。 アニメーションは、ポップンミュージックカードラピストリアvol.3の乙女なドーナツレアカードでもおなじみの07さんにお願いしました。 るー先輩にはドーナツストーリーに合わせてずいぶん前から待機してもらっていたので、校長先生以上に待ちに待った登場となりました。07さんと「まだ出てないんですか～」「まだなんですよ～」…あれ？これデジャヴかな？って何度かなった気がします。 ストーリーでは部員（？）のみんなとわいわい楽しいドー研生活をお送りしていますので、まだのみなさんは是非に是非にチェックしてみてくださいね！ ＜ちっひ＞ 恐縮ながらアニメの担当をさせていただきました。 アニメ初挑戦やっあわわんあわわん！としておりましたらなんと、予てより一目惚れしておりましたこの子の担当ができるということでぎゃふん！ 新衣装でさらにもまして可愛くなった理系ドーナツインテールートちゃんとかどんだけなん！ あわあわわんとしながらも、PC片手早打ちのもぐもぐスタイルとか催眠勧誘スタイルとかやりたいのです！といろんな人に泣きつきながらドーナツをフリフリさせました。 あの催眠ドーナツですが、もちろんできたてなので、フリフリ中は視覚聴覚だけでなく、甘ったるい香りによってあなたの嗅覚をも狂わせるのです。 そしてが私が最後に見たのは黒く艶やかなツインテールだった…的な！ ええなぁ…ルートちゃんレベルになったら脂質とか糖質とか分解しまくってるんやろうなぁ… ＜07＞

おお・・曲コメすごい。たくさんの思い受け取りました。すごい気合を込めていただいて大変にありがたいことです・・・！ ルートちゃんは自分ひとりでは絶対生み出せなかったキャラでした。撫子ロックのときのTOMOSUKEさんとの攻防戦を思い出します。完成した曲のテンションに負けぬよう、どんどん攻め込んだおかげで新境地？を開拓できてよかったなぁと思います。 超ドー研はおいしさだけじゃなくて、◎を切り口に宇宙の真理を究明するのを活動内容としています。でもルートちゃんの頭の中が先進的過ぎて誰も言っていることについていけません。大学の先生がA→B→Cを説明するとしたら、Aを話しつつ脳内でBも進めてて、Aをしゃべり終わったら続けて→Cにワープするタイプだったのでそんな前のめり感。脳がフル回転なので1日1万kcal摂取しても問題ないのです。いいな！ 結論： ドーナツ原理主義ばんざい。 補足：右図の分子模型はサッカリンです ◎◎ shio
