Flora is a character first appearing in pop'n music Sunny Park. She is a cheerful spring fairy from the titular Sunny Park and the counterpart to Flamme.

Flora wears a white, yellow, and orange dress with a pink and white frilled top and a fence-like band around the bottom. Her hair is pale green and tied into two low buns with pink feathers around each and a white wreath. Her eyes are yellow and orange.

| サニーパークを飾るボスのフローラちゃんです、こんにちは！
曲調がPONさんの中でしっかり決まっていましたのでキャラアイデアもすっるするでした。 いくつか髪型のパターンを出しましたが、クローバーのシルエットの髪型が公園ぽさもあって、過去に無く個性的で、ぴったりきたなと思いました。 動物がいるので柵が必要だろうと思って付けましたが、よく考えたらサニーパーク動物園の動物たちは柵に入っておらず 「しょんぼりした時に本人が入る」という新しい用途になりました。 イラストの花輪のサイズ感で小人キャラかな？という印象からスタートして、勝ちアニメでは懐の広さを感じるスケール感！ パークのボスですから、あんまり小さいとLv50って感じがしないかなというのもありますが 個人的には大小自在だぞ、というイメージがあります。 もしくは季節によって大小でもいいですね！春みんながパークに集まりだす季節は大きくなって、木枯らしの季節は小さくて、、、木の葉の下で春待ちフローラちゃん！ この設定だと、うっかりお部屋で暖めると超でかくなるので注意が必要ですね。 サニーパークのキャラクター満載のフィーバーは必見です！ 開園記念からはじまり、ここまでトコトコ来てくださった皆さんにめいっぱいの感謝の気持ちをこめて、サニパキャラを詰められるだけ詰め込みました。 本当は全員入れたかった！ちょっと枠が小さかったです…気持ちがつたわりますように～ みんなが楽しそうに遊んでいる姿を見るのが、フローラちゃんにとっては何よりの喜びです！ ちっひ

- Flora shares her birthday with Flamme. In game, her birthday is listed as The seasonal thaw (雪解けの季節). Her birthday is also shared with Yodo=Dozen, Raizou, and Sakiko Kasuga.
- Though they have separate character slots, Flora is considered Flamme's 1P palette in the game data. Because of this she'll appear as the character for IMBOLC if playing as Flamme, and vice versa.
- The following characters appear in Flora's Fever and Fever Win animations: Rie-chan, TengTeng, Nyami, Minit's, You, Flow Flow, Whip, Judy, Ciel, Copel, and Poet.
