Elena is a character from Steel Chronicle making her pop'n music debut in pop'n music Sunny Park. Her full name is Elena Zakharov (エレナ・ザハロフ Erena Zaharofu). She's described as powerful "robot-like" hound, being very emotionless and focusing solely on the mission at hand and the most logical way to complete it. In her home series she's voiced by Ayane Sakura (佐倉 綾音)

Elena has long lavender hair and purple eyes. She wears a lavender-colored leotard and gloves with cyan decorations, gold buttons, red-violet shoulder pads and thigh-high boots.

- Elena shares her birthday with Smile.
- Elena has no 2P palette.
- While Elena's name banner only displays her first name, her full name is displayed in katakana on the character selection screen.
- In Elena's Lose animation, several Steel Chronicle characters appear dressed as pop'n music characters — Alex with Timer's hat, Kamiya wearing MZD's hat and vest, Celestine with a wig like Mary's hair, and Noah is holding a Shishamo plush. Anna, Clive, Said, and Yun are dressed as Lena, Yuli, Mr. KK, and Poet respectively, and Yun can be seen giving Mikasa an outfit like Kanoko's.
