Copel appears to be a small alien girl with pale skin, short blonde hair and cyan eyes, shaped as a circle on her right and a star of her left; both her hair and eyes are able to change shape. She wears a light pink dress with a white collar, has dark blue outline, and goes barefooted. In her FEVER! Win animation, she grew taller and gains a long, wavy hairs with two pink star clips, and longer dress with a frilled trim.

Copel's 2P has tanned skin, cyan hair, light turquoise eyes, and wears a magenta pink dress. Additionally, her outline is bright yellow.

ポップンにぴったりなふわふわポップスいただきました～ようこそ～。 Yes,OK！なかんじにもちろん大好きです。 ふわふわな歌声と昨日見た夢のようなふわふわした歌詞の断片から ふわふわおひめさまこぺるちゃんのおはなしを ふわふわそうぞうさせていただきました。 ふわふわ感を出したいなぁと輪郭が常に ふわふわしているアニメにしてみました。 なんでふわふわしてるかというと。。。 こぺるちゃんはその人の記憶がその人の姿を形どる星の人で、 地球に落っこちたショックで記憶をなくしてしまったので 子どもに見た目が戻っちゃって、迷子で屋根の上をふわふわしてるのです。 最後は星からおむかえUFOがきて記憶が戻ってもとの姿に戻るのでした～ メデタシメデタシ ・・・っていうおはなしです。 ・・・・・・・・ いま考えると自分しか分からない設定すぎでした。ゴメンナサイ！ shio

I received a well-fitting soft pops in pop'n Music. ~Welcome~. Yes, OK! Of course I love this kind of feeling. Like a fluffy voice where I dreamed yesterday, from fragments of fleecy lyrics, I received Copel's story, the floating princess born by fluffy imaginations. The outlines that I wanted to vent those fluffy feelings out were always animated in fluff. Speaking of fluffs... Copel is an alien that hails from a planet where a person's memories shape the person's appearance; after she lost her memories with a shocking fall on Earth, she had recovered, only to have an appearance of a child, and has floated up on the roof as a lost child. The ending part is that she has to pick up a welcoming UFO from her planet to go back to her original form in order to gain her memories back. And then she lived happily ever after.... ...well, that's the story I would've told you. ........Now that I think about it, this story had so much scenes that only I could understand it. I'm so sorry! shio
