Canopus has white skin and black eyes. He wears a gray uniform with white sleeves and dark blue gloves, tall boots, and a belt. His hat has a light blue design in the middle and extends into a short cape. His dog is white and yellow with cyan eyes.

| ステキなアイデアをたくさん頂いたので、アニメにする係をやりました。
イベントもりもり盛りだくさんで目の回るような日々ですが、みなさんの目指す先にこの子がいるんだ！と思って魂をこめました。 フライングディスクに終わりを迎えた星の記憶を集めるスペーストップブリーダーのカノープスさん。 設定をアニメで伝え切れるかがいつも気を使うところですがこれは難しかった～； 当初、PONさんから「ノーヴァのライバルキャラ的なイメージ」と伺っていたのですがデザインを進めるうちにあまり関係なくなってきたので 最終的にはご近所さん的な感じで友情出演とさせていただきました。 「すみません～ウチの犬がまたオジャマしちゃって～」「いえいえいいんですよ～」 宇宙のご近所さんてとっても遠そうですね。 厳しいスケジュールにもかかわらずjubeatデザイナーのT田さんが奮起してくださったので、デザイン面でもちゃんとコラボすることができました！ありがとうございました！ そんなjubeatのジャケットのカノープスさんもお供のワンコもイケメン度マシマシで幸せです。 ぜひチェックしてみてくださいね～ ちっひ

- Canopus shares his birthday with Techno Stars and Kirara.
- Canopus is named after the star of the same name, which is a part of the constellation Carina.
- Nova appears in Canopus's Fever Win.
- Canopus' dog appears with Nova in Vela's Lose animation.
- Canopus received a 3P palette, only available by inputting the lucky code found on the A Relaxed Boy and Happy Friends (ノンビリボウヤとゆかいな仲間たち) rare card.
- As of pop'n music éclale his 3P is available by default.
- According to ちっひ, she heard from PON that Canopus was Nova's rival and started his design this way. As it progressed however she made this aspect less relevant and instead made them friends with a neighbor-like dynamic.
