Akane is a character first appearing in pop'n music ラピストリア. While she has the appearance of a little girl, she's actually the grandmother of Retsu. Much like him, she also has powers over fire, and helps Retsu train to become better with his ability. She's also friends with Minit's, though she seems unaware of the fact that Akane isn't really a child. She's unlocked in MZD and Retsu's story, To Lapistoria...! (ラピストリアへ・・・！, Rapisutoria he...!). In pop'n music ラピストリア, Akane carries the red tear lapis.

Design

Akane appears as a young girl with bright orange hair tied up with a white ribbon and scarlet eyes. She wears a blue and white top with orange tassels over a black kimono and blue pants, with sandals and bandages.

pop'n music ラピストリア

みなさんこんにちは、孫よりりりしいと噂の茜おばあちゃんです。 「子供みたいな烈くんのおばあちゃん」という構想はPONさんからいただきました。 いつもはおばあちゃんでいざというとき若くなるのかな、と思っていたらずっと子供なんだそうで。 かわいらしいお子様かな、と思っていたら年齢相当の落ち着きがある、とのことで。 徐々に明らかになる情報をかきあつめて、おばあちゃんをデザインしました。 ストーリーの烈くんを見ていると良く言えば能天気な印象ですが、この曲を聴いてからだと「ここにたどり着くまでには結構大変な思いをしてきたのでは･･･」と思えてきます。 聴いただけで歌詞を見せてもらったわけではないので、サントラなどで公開される日を超たのしみに待っています。 そして制作の最後の最後でボーカルが入って、おおお～ぬこたんだ～！とピョン跳びました。 ぬこたんですね！とPONさんに言ったら「あ、言ってませんでした？」とサラリとかわされました。 ボーカルさんも歌詞も、手の内はなかなか明かさないタイプなのでしょう。 秋成さんに続き、ぬこたんの今までのポップン歌唱曲にはなかった新しい一面がキラキラまぶしいです、ありがとうございました！！ 私の頭の中にも、たぶん皆さんの頭の中にも紅焔とおばあちゃんの能力継承に関するストーリーが広がりまくってしまって、お互いすごい事になっていそうですよね。いつかみんなで答えあわせ？をしたいですね！ FERVERWINでも通常WINとアクションが変化していないおばあちゃん。 今後関連キャラ登場…そしてアクション変化の予感…しますよね～　わくわく！ おばあちゃんのかっこいいアクションアイデアは、pop'n musicカードをほんわかテイストで飾ってくださったpiyo-koさんにもお手伝いいただいています。ありがとうご ＜ちっひ＞
